Author Introduction

I wanted to start my blog experience with an introduction of me and what Eerie Alliance is about. My name is Travis Stinnett and I am an aspiring author in the young adult fantasy/mystery genre. I have been married for 14 years to my beautiful wife Crystal. I have three amazing children. My oldest daughter Jordan is ten. My second daughter Katie is nine, and my son, Levi, is four.

I am a licensed practical nurse working in an Alzheimers unit in South Arkansas. I have been a nurse going on ten years now. I love working in a field where I have the opportunity to help people.

As I said earlier, I am an aspiring author. I am current working with a literary coach in order to get my first novel published. The novel is the first in a series I am calling Silent Soldiers. This series is about a young boy whose mother was a werewolf and his father was a vampire. The main character's name is Luke, and he is destined to lead a team of supernatural beings against the evil that plagues the earth.

I have created the Eerie Alliance blog to keep fans updated about my journey as an auther. I plan to keep you posted about the books I am working on as well as other interesting things I come across along the way. I am an avid reader so I also plan to post summaries of the books that I read.

I am also working on putting together a newsletter. The Eerie Alliance Newsletter will contain book reviews, author bios, author interviews, and any other information I come up with that I think you might be interested in knowing. My literary coach told me I should try to post a new blog twice a week. I kind of laughed at him about that, but I will do my best to make a new post at least once a week. Some weeks might be more, and some might be less. I look forward to entertaining you with each and every one.
